"I am Kang Wei, a certified Law of Attraction Facilitator, and have been conducting corporate training since 2013. I always felt that the fees for my programmes are too high for my participants. I have a fear in me, that I'm “not good enough”, and therefore cannot charge high fees. Thus, the workshops I conducted have always been priced "affordable", and I therefore earn below my true value. To achieve my financial goals, I have to work extra hard and conduct more workshops due to the low workshop fees.
I attended workshops, seminars and TTT programmes to get myself certified, hoping to remove the "fear" yet that didn't give me the sense of "it's OK". As a result, I spent a lot of money on certification programmes, and still not overcoming my insecurity and get the feeling of being good enough.
The same fear just grew and grew and when I did my recent bout of workshop previews, and when no one signed up for the programme, I will have this thought that my fees were too high and people think I am not good enough, and therefore they will not pay the price I asked. It was a downward spiral and I loss confidence in myself and got depressed.
