Problems I Solve:
I help small business owners (under 10 mill in Sales Revenue and who want to grow by more than 20% per year and leverage their time by using employees. I specifically love solving problems around – Growth and how to fund it, Recruiting, Retaining and Rewarding ‘A’ Grade employees,
How I Help My Clients:
I help clients to focus on the things that will make them money. Initially by helping them identify what their destination is. Mostly it is in making more Income from their business and then we work on getting the owner more time back into their lives so they can spend more time e.g. having dinner with their family at least 3 times a week or going on some simple long weekend holidays with friends or family.
