Pranic Healing offers a way for you to change your life for good, remove old habits and make the changes you want to see happen in your life. It can help with arthritis, back pain, diabetes, unexplained aches and pains, and many other physical ailments as well as stress, anxiety, worry, grief, depression, traumas, and addictions.
How I Help My Clients:
I help Individuals, couples, families, groups/teams, organizations, communities, and pets (yes, even pets!) to improve their overall health and well-being holistically.
The process of pranic healing involves the use of hand movements that manipulate the energy (prana) in your body. This allows for energy to flow and cleanse and energize the energy body (aura) of a person, animal, object, and environment.
Think of me as the housekeeper or plumber of your energy body. My role is to decongest, create flow, balance out, and regulate your energies.

"Me and my 2 daughters became positive for covid19 last March 2021. Some of my staff were also infected by the said virus. As these trials went on, I remembered that Czarina practices pranic healing.
I reached out to her and asked for a distant pranic healing for me and my family. During our 14-day quarantine period, I felt a very light feeling and healing inside me everyday after our session. The same went for my daughters.

About me
I have been able to assist and work with hundreds of patients both locally and internationally through face-to-face or distant Pranic Healing sessions and classes.
At the same time, I also specialize in conducting orientations for Pranic Healing and the Meditation on Twin Hearts including speaking engagements on various topics of holistic well-being and wellness.
My passion and purpose of alleviating the pains and sufferings of humanity inspires me daily to help others be free of stress, worries around scarcity, become happy, confident, and positive.
Using Pranic Healing’s applied spiritual technology plus a background in natural health also allows me to provide an extensive array of integrated healing for my clients/patients. This includes Auriculotherapy, Aromatherapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and more.
